Mrs Flisher was late, because she came in the rush hour with a lot of traffic on the roads and she lost her way.
She parked in the underground car park because she couldn't find a parking place in front of the doctor's house.
She didn't find a parking space in the underground car park at once because the underground car park was almost full.
She wanted to leave the car park through the emergency exit because she thought that it was a very good idea and she wanted to be punctual.
Mrs Flisher was no longer cheerful because she had opened many doors and she still had not found the emergency exit.
She wanted to return to the car park because she was desperate and she thought that she had lost her way.
I think it was a good idea, then she was desperate, she shouted and there was a conductor who heard her shout and opened a green door.
